TIE Industrial, a leader in the industrial automation aftermarket announced today that the company will acquire Master Robotics as it continues its expansion into the robotics market.
Since 2008, Master Robotics is a leading aftermarket provider for robot refurbishment, preventative maintenance and repair for the top robotic brands including ABB, FANUC, Kuka, Motoman, Kawasaki and Nachi. In addition, Master Robotics is an Authorized Software reseller for FANUC Robotics.
"This is the perfect situation, where each company's expertise naturally complements one another allowing us to work together to deliver integrated solutions for our customers' requirements. Many of our clients have multiple types of automation in their shops, and we can now offer a holistic approach to those customers," said Ken Yaxley, one of the owners of Master Robotics.
