Students Win Northeast Utilities FIRST Connecticut Regional Robotics Competition

Following their triumph in the Northeast Utilities FIRST Connecticut Regional Robotics Competition, three student teams from New York and Connecticut will progress to the FIRST Championship scheduled from April 25 to 28 at St. Louis, Missouri.

National Robotics Competition at Walter.E.Washington Convention Center

Funded by NASA and other organizations, an international student robotics competition is being conducted on March 30 and 31, 2012. The event takes place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place NW, in Washington. Several media representatives have been invited for the event, which is open to public.

Gates Promotes Annual Regional FIRST Robotics Competition through Sponsorship

With support from Gates Corporation, over 1,000 students from Colorado proceeded to 2012 FIRST Robotics Colorado Regional Competition, on 23 March. The Mexican and Colorado area students exhibited their robots in the Annual Regional Competition, following a six week project on designing and constructing an original robot.
